As a mum, I’ve been through the fad diets, the all-or-nothing mindset, and the endless restarts. Now I’m passionate about helping women cut through the noise, find balance, and build a strong, confident body they actually feel good in, without restriction or guilt.

  • Do I need a gym membership? No, your plan is designed around the equipment and space you have at home or in the gym.

  • I’m a beginner - is this right for me? Absolutely! I specialise in helping women build confidence from the ground up. We can have a quick chat to make sure this is the right programme for you.

  • What if I struggle with motivation? That’s exactly why coaching is included - I’m here for you with weekly accountability and ongoing support.
