​Buggy Beat, Lift Lean™ and Fitness Pilates™
These classes are sold as ‘blocks’ which are usually 5 weeks in duration. When you sign up, you are agreeing to attend one class a week during the set block dates.

Payment must be made in advance of the block start date, earlier if a booking closing date has been set.
​
We respectfully advise that we operate a no refund policy.
There are no refunds for missed sessions.
Please see below for any pay as you go, Buggy Beat, Lift Lean™ and Fitness Pilates™ class spaces.
On some occasions, pay as you go classes are operated. Spaces are subject to availability and a 24 hour cancellation applies.
Spaces cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will either get a credit back on the package used or if you paid by payment card, you must contact laura@llfitnesstraining.co.uk within 24 hours to request a refund. Gymcatch does not automatically process payment card cancellation refunds.
If a class is cancelled by LL Fitness due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low numbers), participants will be offered a refund, class credit or a date to move their booking to or digital class as determined by the management.
If you are new to Buggy Beat, you will be required to fill in a PARQ and also an additional health questionnaire in advance of the first class, this will be sent to you.
If you are new to Lift Lean™, you will be required to complete a PARQ in advance of the first class.
If you are new to Fitness Pilates™, you will be required to complete a Fitness Pilates related PARQ in advance of the first class.
Online Programmes
Short duration (5/7/14 days). By signing up to an online programme, you are agreeing that you are well and injury free before partaking in my workout videos.
Longer duration (4 weeks) Once you have signed up for an online course, you will be emailed a Health Screening Google Form to complete ahead of the course start date.

Please ensure you always have a clear and safe/appropriate space to workout in.

LL Fitness – Online Coaching Terms & Conditions
By signing up for any online coaching, membership, or subscription-based service with LL Fitness (including but not limited to 1:1 Online Coaching and Online Group Coaching), you agree to the following terms:

Health & Safety
• You confirm you are fit, well, and injury-free before taking part.
• A completed Health Screening Form (PARQ or equivalent) is required prior to coaching starting.
• It is your responsibility to update LL Fitness of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances.
• You participate entirely at your own risk.
​
Payments & Billing
• Payments are taken upfront each month and grant access to coaching services for that billing period.
• Monthly plans renew automatically unless you cancel.
• If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is received.
​
Cancellations
• You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing: laura@llfitnesstraining.co.uk
• Once you cancel, no further payments will be taken.
• Access to coaching services will end within a short grace period after cancellation is confirmed.
• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused access.

Programme Delivery
• Coaching may be delivered through apps, email, messaging, private groups, or video calls.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you can access the platforms used.
• LL Fitness may update or adjust content, features, or delivery methods when required.

Refunds
• All payments are non-refundable, unless LL Fitness cancels the service.
​
Safe Exercise Environment
• You are responsible for ensuring the space you exercise in is safe, clear, and suitable for physical activity.
Results Disclaimer
• Results depend on your own consistency and effort. LL Fitness provides support and tools but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Intellectual Property
• All coaching materials remain the property of LL Fitness and are for your personal use only.
• You must not share, copy, or distribute content without permission.
​
Conduct
• Supportive and respectful behaviour is expected in all communication.
• LL Fitness may remove access without refund in cases of abuse or inappropriate conduct.
​
Progress Photos & Personal Data
• Progress photos will never be shared without your explicit written consent.
• LL Fitness is registered with the ICO and complies with UK GDPR.
• Data may be stored for up to 6 years for legal and tax purposes.
​
Governing Law
• These terms are governed by English law. Any legal matters will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
Gift Vouchers
​
Gift vouchers can only be purchased via Laura at LL Fitness.
​
All classes are booked in advance and gift vouchers will not be accepted on arrival to a class unless you have had your booking confirmed.
​
If there is outstanding credit on the voucher, please ensure that it is used by the expiry date.
Expiry dates will not be extended.
​
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
LL Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Disclaimer:
You need to understand that by signing up, you take yourself solely responsible for your own actions.
I will not be held responsible in any way for the information you request or receive through the group, emails, courses, services and/or products.
In no event will I be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable or consequential damages for any use of or reliance on this group, emails, courses, services and/or products, including without limitation, any lost profits, personal or business interruptions, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication or any other loss, malady, disease or difficulty, or otherwise.
If at any time you feel unwell, please stop and seek medical advice.

These terms and conditions are subject to amendments. Participants will be informed of updates via the contact details provided during registration.
